– Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping (Orders over €50)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
– Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Swimwear (Bas de maillot, Bikinis, Ensemble de bikini)
  • Wetsuits (Combinaisons néoprène)
  • Running tights (Collants de running)

Return Process

  2. Our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with detailed instructions
  3. Pack your return carefully in the original packaging with all accessories and documents
